How to Order:

We have several ordering and payment options:

  • BEST: Use our secure online shopping cart using your Visa, Amex, MasterCard, or Discover Card. Be aware that some debit cards have daily limits. Call your bank to have it released.
  • Use our online shopping cart, choose check or money order, print your order.
  • Mail orders with payment (cashier's check or money order). 
  • Venmo or Zelle
  • Email orders to wholesale@toerings.com and we will process for you.

Shipping: Retailers, Salons and Boutiques - Please Read!

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2 - 5 days via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your items have been shipped along with tracking information. You can choose from several shipping carrier options during the ordering process but we cannot guarantee overnight delivery. Please allow time for us to process and pack your order, 2 - 5 days. If you urgently need your order, please choose Fedex as your delivery carrier.

During the Summer season, please allow up to 7+ days for delivery.

If you have an event with a specific date, please send us an email. Plan ahead and order early, as inventory comes and goes quickly, especially in the Spring and Summer, March – September.

Approximate cost for shipping and insurance depends on amount of your order. Most orders over $500 will require a signature. The following shipping prices are approximate:

  • Priority Mail 2-3 Days with delivery confirmation: $12.00 and up.
  • FedEx: 1–3 business days $35.00 and up. Saturday delivery is extra.
  • International Orders via Global Priority: $35.00+

Terms of Sale:

  1. Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. We also accept debit or check cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol. (Please note: We use an Address Verification System for billing, so please use the address where your credit card bill is sent. You can use a different shipping address if your order is going to a retail location.)
  2. Pre-pay with money order, cashier's check, or personal check. Please allow 10 business days for personal checks to clear before we ship your order.
  3. Wire transfer: Call us for information, (877) TOE-RING.
  4. We do not ship C.O.D.
  5. We do not accept orders without payment.

State law requires us to have a Resellers Number on file, or we must charge California sales tax.

Stock:

We carry a large inventory but cannot guarantee that all sizes are in stock, especially during the summer months. If there is a problem filling your order we will notify you by phone or email.

Refused and Returned Merchandise:

We honor a 30-day refund policy on new, unworn rings returned in their original condition. Refused merchandise or canceled orders that have been shipped will be subject to a 20% restocking and credit card transaction fee. If you have items that did not sell within 90 days of purchase, we will work with you on replacing them with an in-store credit. Please call us at (877) TOE-RING.
